What is Tohdah?
Tohdah connects people who are travelling with people who need something—or someone—along the way. Travellers can earn by carrying approved items, connect with others on the same route, or support someone who could use a helping hand.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Tohdah runs in your web browser on mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop. Just create an account and you're in.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Creating a Tohdah account is free. When you carry an item or provide a paid service, you're paid through the platform.
What can I carry?
Only approved items. Every request is checked against Tohdah's item rules, and anything prohibited or restricted by law or airline policy is not allowed. You can always decline a request you're not comfortable with.
How do I get paid?
Payment is agreed up front and held securely by Tohdah. Once the delivery or support is confirmed, your earnings are released and appear under Payments / Earnings in your dashboard.
How does travel support work?
Someone travelling — for example an elderly person, or a parent travelling alone with children — can request a helping hand. Verified travellers on the same route can offer to help, whether that's company at the airport, help with bags, or simply being there.
How do you keep users safe?
Profiles are verified, messaging happens inside Tohdah, payments are protected, and every journey ends with two-way reviews. If something goes wrong, you can report it or open a dispute from your dashboard.
